A spring in my step!

So I know i'm def not the only one rejoicing in this beautiful spring weather - thought I would share a few shots I have been taking whilst out and about. Makes me want to get my sketchbook out and start scribbling, sigh!

 

Just in case you were wondering where these are, the first couple of magnolias are lunchtime at Kew, the blossom and the bright blue sky is a tree in a garden at the end of my road, the pink cascading blossoms are trees by Chiswick steps, the light on the magnolias are an early morning in Chiswick House and Grounds, and then more at twilight at Chiswick mall - and finally crocuses one evening at Kew! I see them everywhere!

Wedding decorations

Tis the season for weddings and first of the year, was my sister in law-to-be Eleanor, and Matt's wedding. It was such a lovely day so thought I would share some of my endeavours! As Matt's a musician, I thought incorporating music paper would be a nice idea - and the colour scheme was a kiwi green and dusky pink.
